Refund Policy

I want you to be satisfied with our sessions. However, due to the nature of personal coaching and reserved time slots, I maintain the following policy:

• Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel.
• Refunds: Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis if requested prior to the scheduled session. Once a session has taken place, it is non-refundable.
